This was such a super cool senior session. I was actually in Addison, TX at The Texas School of Professional Photography for the week. A dear friend who once lived in our neighborhood, lives 45 minutes from Addison. It had been years since I’ve seen them. I got to hang out with this beautiful high school senior, Abbie, as well as her equally beautiful mama and grandmother. At one point, Abbie was in my girl scout troop, as well as our neighbor friends, so of course I have a special place in my heart for her, and I was soooooo excited that her mom chose me to photograph Abbie’s Senior Portraits while in TX. I had just went to lunch with some photographer friends the day before at the amazing Ida Claire Restaurant in Addison, TX. Of course as photographers, we were all gushing over the super cool airstream located in their outdoor patio area. Abbie’s mom gave me a glimpse of Abbie’s style, and I knew right away that she would totally dig this airstream! It was a surprisingly chilly day in Texas, but that worked out to our advantage, because there was no one seated in the outdoor patio section. The gracious, kind staff at Ida Claire had no problems unlocking the airstream just for us! We then ventured just a mile down the road to Addison Circle, another awesome place to take photos. My instructor had taken our class there that week, so I was definitely scoping it out for Abbie’s session. I love pairing a super cool location with my High School Seniors.
