MODEL CALL CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY 2025

I am seeking a family to model for an upcoming Christmas session promotion. This session will be held in my studio using a festive and semi-formal/casual backdrop. This is an opportunity to receive a complementary family portrait from this session. 

WARDROBE CRITERIA: Models will be expected to follow a style guide and provide wardrobe in line with my vision for the session (please see link to Pinterest Board with sample wardrobe ideas). Models will be expected to dress/groom for festive attire….think classy, sleek, polished! Recommended colors are reds, greens, golds, and blacks. Avoid busy patterns such as all plaid (one or two subjects may work). Avoid too much white. Solids and textures are recommended. Close up and full body poses will be photographed, so please be mindful of shoe choices. SOCIAL MEDIA CRITERIA: The purpose of this model call is to promote my upcoming Christmas sessions on my new backdrop. Models are expected to share chosen family portrait on social media and tag @tracybrownphotography on Facebook and Instagram at least twice in October and November.

TIMELINE CRITERIA: ASAP! I am hoping to have promo pictures taken in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Models will receive an on-line gallery within 2 weeks of session to make a selection of complementary image.

COMMUNICATION CRITERIA: Models are expected to schedule a quick phone consultation to ensure clear communication. Models are expected to share pictures of wardrobe selection for guidance/approval as soon as possible. Models are expected to share ages of participating children, and are encouraged to share photos of participating family members.
